To book an appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total service price.
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you do need to cancel, we ask that you AT LEAST give a 24 hour notice.
If the client cancels an appointment, the $20 deposit can be used towards the rescheduled appointment.
If the client cancels the rescheduled appointment, the client is required to pay another $20 deposit to book again.
LATE FEE POLICY
Given that we are a traveling hair service, a late fee will be charged if clients aren’t ready at their specified appointment time. A late fee of $10 or more will be charged after 15 minutes of the appointment time.
No checks or credit cards will be accepted to pay for our services. We will only accept cash or the cash app.
